 Today in class we started working on our poems about our ancestry and culture.

 Today in class we went over the poem Harlem and then did a chart about our ideas of our future and what our goals in like are. 

 today in class we went over a poem and talked about the American dream and the meaning behind being an American. 

 Today in class we went over presentations that other classmates have made on the sorrow of war.

 We had a mid book assessment on the sorrow of war and continued working on our slides presentations.
